Well located right in the sea front and close to the various amenities of Eastbourne. The hotel itself is an impressive and well maintained Victorian building and has plenty of charm. We found the room and everywhere else very clean. Friendly and helpful staff generally. Quality of breakfast very good.

I would say it's fine but I wouldn't want to go back. Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming particularly the room cleaning team and the dining room staff -The towels & bed linen were good quality -The fresh fruit salad at breakfast was tasty -They let us have a later check out time of 12pm.
