What a little Gem of a place. Perfectly situated, close to the Beach & amenities. Pubs & town a short walk. The host was friendly & attentive. Breakfast selection superb, cooked to perfection. With home baked bread & home made preserves. The homemade Brownies & Lavender biscuits in the room were divine. We will be back.

Excellent cooked breakfast. Ideal location as so close to the Promenade. Lovely large bathroom. Home made chocolate brownies and lavender biscuits were a nice gesture. Unexpected surprise to have a charger facility which fits all phones.
