Everything was perfect: localisation - a short walk to the beach and conveniences. It's obvious that this b&b is a product of love. Owners puts lots of care to make the experience of their guests wonderful. I felt truly welcomed.

I absolutely loved this place. It’s in such a fantastic location, just a 12 minute walk from the railway station and literally 2 minutes from the sea front. I was even able to check in early at no extra cost, which was such a lovely bonus! There are plenty of local shops nearby (only 5 minutes to Sainsbury’s Local), and The Dolphin’s Fish Bar is an absolute must try, seriously, don’t miss it! The room itself was incredibly cosy, loved the additional seating area and the book selection. My room was at the top of the house, right in the centre, with a window facing a quiet alley way of surrounding properties. There was zero outside noise, and I couldn’t hear anything from the other guests either so peaceful! Cooked Breakfast was deliciously and the homemade bread was chef kiss. Overall, it was the perfect mini escape and I’d happily stay again.

John is very friendly and amenable, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is all freshly made. The brownies and lavender products in the bedroom are a welcome addition.
