Beautiful cottage - small but cosy and very clean. Provides everything you need, like cooking equipment, tea, coffee, milk etc. although it accepts dogs - we didn’t bring ours but expected a slight dog smell - which we didn’t get at all! Smelt very clean and fresh. Hostess was amazing and answered all questions via messages. Lovely village with two amazing pubs (Wheatsheaf food is above standards!), a Thai restaurant (gorgeous food!!) a dog friendly cafe that do cakes, panini’s & coffees and a post office / shop. Up the road is an M&S garage shop and a Tesco. Everything you need. Peaceful quiet location at the bottom of the Downs. Ten minutes up the road is the beach and town centre and many outstanding restaurants.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this lovely very cosy cottage, it's super clean, fully equipped with everything you may need, lots of little extras make it very special. Super comfortable bed and bedding very cosy, under floor heating was a lovely touch and the log burner was lovely to snuggle in front of watching TV in the evening especially staying this time of year we never felt cold at all just all so cosy. TVs in every room, Netflix available which was great. Fully equipped kitchen. With all the little extras, dishwasher, cleaning products ect. Fresh milk in the fridge, tea coffee sugar all supplied. All the condiments available to use if you need. Lovely shower and bathroom. Lovely garden out the back (I can imagine in the warmer weather it will be even more lovely but perfect for dogs to have a stretch around this time of yea and very secure.They have a utitly room with another separate toilet, which has chairs, BBQ ect for the warmer weather. We brought our 2 very small dogs and we loved that there were stair gates you use to keep them in the kitchen and lounge. Little extras left out like dog bowl, dog towel, treats and poo bags. Lovely walks around this very quiet village with lovely pubs one literally next door and another few mins further. Another 10 mins walk down the road a m & s for any food provisions if you need which had everything you could need. This was such a lovely cottage and we will be returning, it was just what we needed for a cosy, quiet and relaxing stay. Hosts are super helpful if you need more advice and replies promptly. The reviews for this place do match such a lovely cottage that we followed and glad we did.
