The location was excellent, the bedroom was clean, the bed was comfy, the bathroom and shower were excellent, and the breakfast was excellent. Our hosts, Mathew, and his wife were really lovely 😍 we had the best weekend, thank you 😊

We booked a room at the rear of the property which was nice and quiet. It was a comfortable room the bathroom was quite small but the shower was good, and we were served a very good breakfast with fresh fruit,yogurts, cereal and a choice of freshly cooked breakfast.The owners made us feel very welcome. There are some parking spaces at the back, but if they are full you can park on the surrounding roads. It's across the road from the seafront and is about a 15 minute walk to the pier. If we were to visit Eastbourne again we would definitely try to stay here.

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. The help yourself to cereal, fruit juice, toast, fresh fruit salad and yogurt options are just the accompaniments to a beautiful cooked breakfast. Withe unlimited supply of tea and coffee.
