This apartment was very central, just a short walk to the Pier along the Promenade and to the shops behind. It was quite spacious and the bed was comfy, despite feeling smaller than a standard double. The bedroom was at the back so we weren't disturbed by noise from the road in front, which was very busy. Huge TV in the living room, but battery in remote was low so we had to purchase new ones. Subtitles also proved impossible to turn off.

It was a very comfortable and spacious flat on the sea front and on the ground floor. The lounge area was very comfortable and the kitchen while quite small had everything we needed. The bathroom was large and the shower gave plenty of hot water. We were in Eastbourne to attend the open tennis tournament and it was only a ten minute walk from the apartment to the tennis courts. The town centre shops were close by too and a selection of restaurants.

Very clean and great location. Owners very helpful and friendly. Parking is difficult and for self catering the kitchen is lacking some utensils.
