We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is always great value for money. No frills but pleasant enough. The staff are really nice and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The location is fantastic. Far enough out of town so it’s fairly quiet but near enough to be able to walk and experience all that Eastbourne has to offer. The room was a great size with a lovely side seaview. Will definitely stay again.

The king rooms are very good, and I love the sea view from the top floor. This is the best spot for my writer retreat, and I've come to the hotel for the 3rd time this year.

Staff was very friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for you. Andy the manager was excellent and kept us with tea coffee and milk.
