▪︎Location - 10 mins walk to city centre ▪︎View from the room - extremely beautiful view of the sea & road from the room ▪︎Cleanliness - very clean & comfortable bed & spacious room with ample storage & bathroom ▪︎Host - helped us with information about how to go to hastings, bexhill and seven sisters from Eastbourne

Very welcoming hosts, room was exceptional. Breakfast was enough to get the day started. Waitress service by Yvette was fantastic. Lovely stay. Pickle the dog was keeping a watch over everything and adorable.

An exceptionally clean and welcoming guest house. Lovely hosts as well as their beautiful dog pickle. Centrally located to all amenities. Right on the beachfront with the town centre 5 minutes away. Beautiful hot cooked breakfast every day. Clean , comfortable rooms. Buses running to Hastings just outside the guest house. Would def recommend
