Welcoming and spacious, with extraordinary views from the terrace. Very comfortable beds. Convenient location for all the good stuff in and around the Witterings and Bracklesham Bay.

Not a conventional hotel (or even B&B) but a fantastic personalised experience, right on the beach. Room only, with a fantastic view and a nice veranda and pool, in a private house (to die for!) run by a lovely lady and her dogs.
