Close to the beach, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Small secure courtyard garden ideal when you have a dog.

Property was lovely. Very cozy. Loved the location and access to the beach. Easy to catch bus and travel to Worthing and Brighton. Lots of shops and restaurants close by.
