This guesthouse is an absolute delight. It’s clean, welcoming, well equipped and safe. The beds are so comfortable and there’s everything provided that you might need. The breakfasts were delicious. Above all, the owners are kind, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They even lent us their personal after sun and other items which is just way over and above. There’s so much to do in East London and Heidi advised us of fantastic restaurants which were amazing such as Lavendar Blue. We absolutely loved our private getaway. We highly recommend this beautiful guesthouse with their delicious breakfasts and fantastic hospitality.

The guesthouse is safely located in a beautiful area in Beacon Bay 5km from the centre of East London and a perfect place also for a stopover or more on your roadtrip within South Africa. Heidi and her husband gave us a warm welcome, advice for local restaurants and most importantly advised us how to best travel from East London to the Drakensbergen. We got a personalized sheet of paper telling us which road we should take best and where to stop safely for a little pause. Thank you so much for everything! The breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious, you can choose between an English Continental Breakfast or Omelette all served with toast, fresh fruits, jam and nice orange juice. There is also a beautiful beach nearby. Very, very nice long walks on the beaches possible.

Loved absolutely everything. Heidi was a wonderful hostess and was exceptionally attentive. The breakfast that served in my room was beautifully presented and delicious. I will definitely return to stay there.
