Shuttle to and from hotel. The room was very nice (nr. 5552) Nice entertainment. Overall maintenance has a high standard, pools, showers, garden. Very friendly staff.

Everything, it is very close to Eagle beach, we used to wake up early, have a early breakfast and go straight to the beach where we spent almost the rest of the day. All of the staff were super kind with us, super suggested

The front desk and bell staff are rude and a bit strange, they don’t seem to want to help guests and actively avoid them. It’s a shame because the hotel is actually quite good, all other staff I spoke with or had interactions with are all helpful and friendly, the rooms are good for the price and the hotel has nightly entertainment (it’s quite noisy but it was always done by 7/8pm) we had a 1 year old with us and she enjoyed a little dance while it was on. It’s a good location and we walked to the house one night and it took about 20 mins but it’s probably a bit warm to do it in the day. To sum up the stay, I’d say it was great value for money the rooms were well appointed in a good location.
