Ben “Front desk staff are rubbish, but the hotel is great”

The front desk and bell staff are rude and a bit strange, they don’t seem to want to help guests and actively avoid them. It’s a shame because the hotel is actually quite good, all other staff I spoke with or had interactions with are all helpful and friendly, the rooms are good for the price and the hotel has nightly entertainment (it’s quite noisy but it was always done by 7/8pm) we had a 1 year old with us and she enjoyed a little dance while it was on. It’s a good location and we walked to the house one night and it took about 20 mins but it’s probably a bit warm to do it in the day. To sum up the stay, I’d say it was great value for money the rooms were well appointed in a good location.

What I liked was the location. The staff were very friendly. First person taking relevation was a bit unfriendly, others were great. Door men and taxis were great when requested. The beach was close. The room was a bit dirty before we checked in, and we didn't receive new towels when requested. Liked the bar staff very attentive. Everyone seemed to be having a great time at resort. Liked location near the Food supercenter for the suite for the week.

I liked this hotel. The room was spacious for a family of 4. It was clean and had everything that we needed. Nice balcony with a view of the pool/hotel garden. Good location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Supermarket and restaurant close by. Would recommend to others and stay again.
