Location, breakfast, host was very helpful, allowing us to stay another 2 days due to building work at our flat in Hythe. 10 minutes from Dymchurch, gave us a chance to explore. Will recommend waterside guest house.

Very convenient for the beach and a great pub within walking distance. Accommodation was first class, beautiful room and bathroom. Amazing breakfast. Lovely host. Couldn’t ask for more.
