I really enjoyed my stay from start to finish as a solo traveller. The facilities were really nice. I got a room overlooking the Rhine, which was so scenic. The best part of my stay had to be how welcoming the staff were, especially during breakfast time. There was one waiter in particular by the name of Innocent, who was so professional in his job. His ability to speak in different languages to connect and relate with all the guests during breakfast time is a characteristic that not a lot of waiters have. He was very quick on the mark in bringing guests what they needed, such as coffee, pastries, scrambled eggs, etc. he knew exactly from memory what they liked to eat and know orderd what. He really made my stay so enjoyable, and he is without a doubt a huge asset to Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf. I really like that the hotel had a gym also as this is very important for guests.
