The facilities must have been new because they were in perfect condition. Location is great, in a nice part of town. Value for money is unbeatable.

My husband and I were happy with our stay at H2 Hotel Düsseldorf City. From the very beginning, we had a good impression — the staff at reception were very welcoming, explained everything clearly, and the check-in process was smooth. One thing to note is that we had to pay an additional city tax of €3 per person upon arrival. We also used the underground parking, which costs €20 per day — honestly, that felt a bit expensive to us. We liked the room: it was clean, tidy, and had a modern design. Everything looked quite new and well-maintained. However, there is one detail to keep in mind — the shower cabin is located in the room and separated by transparent glass. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it might feel a bit uncomfortable for some people. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The location is convenient: you can easily get to the city center by public transport, which is a big plus. Breakfast was included in the price. It was pretty standard — nothing special, but a good selection and everything you need. We’re very grateful to all the staff for their work and for making our stay comfortable!🫶
