Employees were friendly, change my room from mix dorm to girls rooms for free. Also the problem with toilet in my room was resolved very quickly.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The items in the room were new, and the overall cleanliness of the room, bathroom, toilet, bedsheets, and towels was excellent. The facilities in the social areas were also quite sufficient. I was very satisfied.
