Very cosy and comfortable place to stay! Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, and extremely helpful and hospitable host. Nice common area where it’s easy to meet fellow travellers. I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit Dushanbe. Great communication both prior to and during my visit.

Every thing was excellent specifically our host Erkin was unique. The breakfast really delicious. Every were was really clean. It was my best reservation in booking.com between my reservations.

Everything was perfect, communication, house, facilities. I felt really well welcomed and assisted in case I needed anything. Ekin and his family are very hospitable and put a lot of efforts to make guest's stay comfortable. I really liked the location even though it's not central you can reach the center very easily with a taxi (it's not expensive). The neighbourhood is quite and authentic plus you have options for diner in very good local food restaurants. I will come back!

Spacious room,very comfortable bed. The (shared) bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was homemade and very delicious. The owner was super friendly and helpful.

Everything was great and as mentioned - it's a great value stay in Dushanbe, even if it's a bit further away from the centre, you can get a $2-3 taxi or cheaper shared taxi or Marshrutka to the centre. Erkin was a wonderful host - he was incredibly kind and helpful and hospitable and flexible. He helped provide a lot of information to me before I arrived and was really helpful in organising a shared taxi for me to my next destination.

Loved staying here. Clean, cozy, big room with AC. Decent wifi to do work online. Love having the refrigerator to store food and the water for drinking. Best of all the family that runs this place is super kind and attentive. I was welcomed with a lovely dinner and thet helped me get a shared taxi to my destination. Highly recommended.

I really wish we could give this place 10/10. It was honestly excellent, the owner is so lovely, kind and hospitable. We had a great dinner with him and some other guests. Breakfast was excellent. Room was large and very comfortable. We were sent loads of recommendations for great places to eat. Just one issue, which rather soured our stay.

The guest house really lives up to the name. You feel at home and welcome. The hospitality is tremendous, and the food and breakfast is great. Facilities are very good as well. I would recommend to live with the locals a bit outside of Dushanbe centre.

Everything was great. Erika helped us a lot during our stay to organize several day trips out of Dushanbe and he and his family are very welcoming. Definitely a good choice to stay in the city!
