Simply wonderful and the cleanest hotel in Durres with the best staff. They do everything they can to make your vacation the best. I would like to thank Lela especially for her fluent English and she surprised me by speaking fluent Turkish with me. Lela gives the most enlightening answers to every question you ask and helps you more than you expect. It is only a few steps from the hotel to the beach. The rooms are cleaned every day and this is the most important criterion for me. I would like to especially thank Flora who made sure that I stayed in a spotlessly clean room every time I came to the room. Hotel Vino is the most important factor for me to come back to Durres. All the staff are constantly working for you to have a better vacation. For a hassle-free and peaceful vacation, make a reservation at Vino without thinking and enjoy your vacation.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, offering both comfort and elegance. The location is ideal, just a short 5-minute walk from the sea, making it perfect for beach lovers and sunset strolls. But what truly makes this place special is the staff – they are the heart of the hotel. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

Staff were lovely, knowledgeable and helpful with booking us taxis etc. Good location. Rooms were a really good size. Loved that we had a balcony. Hotel throughout was very clean, rooms serviced daily. No coat hangers in the wardrobes though. Lots of unused space - a suitcase stand or similar or an extra wardrobe/table would have been good. Good breakfast choice, although the coffee machine broke down and then we had to pay for coffee, which was a bit unfair. Great that there was a supermarket next door and several others near by and open late. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Beach also very close. We paid extra to keep the room after check-out time (had to move rooms), thought this was a very expensive at €50 for 5 hours, but meant we could all get a shower after the beach and before going to airport. Staff were kind to the various street dogs letting them sleep/rest in the hotel outdoor area. All in all a good hotel and location and would definitely recommend and also stay here again. Thank you.

The room was nice and really clean. Stuff was helpful and nice also. Location close to the beach.
