A friend and I booked this place, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Before our arrival, Niko -the host- reached out to me and sent clear instructions on what to do when we got there. Everything went smoothly and was easy to follow. The apartment itself is huge- honestly, it’s more than enough space for two people (in the best possible way). It would easily be comfortable for a group of 5-7 guests as well. The location is fantastic: almost everything worth seeing in Durres is within easy walking distance. It wasn’t really beach weather during our stay, but the sunny spring days meant we could still enjoy the beautiful views of the promenade and the sea from the terraces. The apartment’s name isn’t just for show; the view really is spectacular. We also got to meet Niko in person, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist if we had any questions. I’d go back in a heartbeat, and I genuinely recommend Niko’s place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Nico the host was fantastic from start to finish of our five night stay. Allowed us an early entry to the apartment and helped with advice of where and what to do. The apartment has three large bedrooms two with balcony’s. The lounge balcony gets the sun all day and great sea view. Smart television, fully equipped kitchen. I could go on and on but this is a great apartment, in a great location run by a great host. Will definitely be the first place I check for availability if I return to Durres..!! Thanks Nico.
