This was a great find and as my son's first experience of staying in a hotel he was very impressed. Easy to get bus to the city centre and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful ... some I know from experience is not always present in the larger chains. Breakfast was excellent and the welcome was warm! Thank you so much, we will visit again

Very good value, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast! Although the bathroom wasn't en suite, we knew this and the shower was lovely. Clean and convenient.

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Really good value. Excellent breakfasts. We will stay again. Very convenient for Durham centre
