Less than 10 minutes’ drive from the historic city of Durham, the Croxdale Inn sits in the small village of Croxdale just half an hour’s drive from the wilderness of the Pennine dales.
All rooms have a HD TV and tea and coffee facilities.
The Croxdale has free WiFi and has a traditional wood and stone-panelled bar in the main building. Guests can dine in the inn's Penash Restaurant.

We liked the oldy worldly type of accomodation over the top of a pub. We were able to order food from the adjoining Indian restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. We weren't a million miles away from local shopping centers and food chains

Location was excellent for what we wanted to do. After a day out the excellent hot shower made a great end of the day.

The property was as described, the bedding was spotless and the bathroom was new. Plenty of hot water. Easy parking. Good footpaths nearby.

Great communication from the staff to ensure I got booked in. Friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable with everything needed for my stay. Restaurant was closed for the night, but I was offered a selection of dishes from the bar.
