Great value for money. Clean and comfortable (also warm despite the chilly spring weather). Good, and relatively new facilities and all in working order.

We had a lovely stay here. Lovely property and clean. Location is great too - only a 20 minute drive from the lovely town of Durham. The box of chocolates and the bottle of prosecco was much appreciated and we loved that there was a decorated Christmas tree in the living room as we were here over Christmas. Would recommend this property.

While the property is a modern semi detached house on a new estate in Spennymoor, not your traditional holiday let, it was presented in a good condition and its location was surprisingly quiet and suitable for Durham and many of the local tourist destinations, including Beamish and the coast. Allocated parking was a bonus with good access to the rear of the property.
