All of the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Rooms are great and comfortable. Food was really good ranging from evening meal to breakfast - all freshly made, well presented and delicious. Service and communication from all the staff was excellent pre and during our stay. Handy location for Durham and wider area with vast parking outside.

Off the beaten track, lovely surroundings, didn’t want to stay in Durham itself so a great option. Lovely room, fantastic shower and really friendly staff!

Great hotel in an ideal location for visiting Durham. Nice room upgrade on checking in. Excellent room and staff very helpful
