The fine print
A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit will be fully refunded within a month after check-out , subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent them for EUR 12,5 per person for bed linen, and EUR 8 per person for towels, should they wish to do so or they can bring their own.Please note that the energy is not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure.Baby cots or chairs can be rent on-site.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

very nice space for large group. nice playing area with table soccer and pool table. big enough and overall sound proof when inside. yet outside, even though we did not have any issue, if you are being too loud the neighbors are next door.
