The staff were so kind to me, brought a delicious breakfast to my room, and then, on my second day, I was given a bigger room with a microwave and fridge which really made my stay even more comfortable. I was all alone in a city I did not know, and the kindness and warm smiles from the staff just made it so special. Thank you.
