Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:

2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

Villa room does not have extra bed.
Children under 4 years old are free of charge if sharing room with parents.

There will be a compulsory fee applied for Christmas and New year Gala Dinner(31/12) and not included room rate and surcharge rate, which will be charged upon check-in date. A deposit is required upon check-in for additional services or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Deposit only in VND.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 55 inches will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old.
When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup. Each villa room has a different number of occupancy for children. Please contact the property for further information.
Guests are required to check the room’s furniture and mini-bar (food and drinks) upon check-in and check-out.

Please provide the flight number (such as VJ975, VJ979 …) & contact at least 48 hrs prior arrival date for complimentary airport transfer by shuttle bus arrangement. In case we do not receive the above required information, we understand that you arrange the transportation to our hotel by yourself.

The pool was huuugee..... The beach was clean and beautiful even in monsoon The staff wonderful and welcoming, always there to help eve when there are a lot of guests to manage Check-in, check-out was a breeze The breakfast spread was amazing. Got a good taste of local vietnamese delicacies (had breakfast and Lunch buffet spreads) The shuttle service to all the attrations nearby was punctual and convenient Discounts for local attraction tickets when booked from the resort This resort in itself need 2 days to explore (it's a big facility)

The Hotel location is excellent My regards and thanks to Day manager Mr Thang to upgrade my rooms. All the staff was professionally starting from reception, room service and the Kitchen stuff.

We went for all inclusive package with breakfast, park and safari included and it was worth it. It was very convenient to move around between the park, safari and resort with the shuttle service. The venice show is really nice. Don't miss the bird show and the sea show. The park rides are timed just enough for you to not feel dizzy. If you want to explore night market and sunset town then this will be quite far off so better to stay somewhere in the centre for that part of your vacation.

Nice hotel. Great swimming pool and beach facilities. The gym was good. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good service and professional staff.
