What an amazing hotel we stayed at ! The staff were impeccable a real credit to their workplace , thoughtful , extremely helpful and supportive. Adam the tour guide was fantastic and Bien behind the hotel bar was just a delight, it really made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended this hotel.

Central location, staff were incredible, food was amazing, swimming pool was open long hours and incredibly clean. You could walk to everything and half way between Sun world and grand world so was perfect if you needed both!also had shuttle to airport which made it so easy!

The hotel looked amazing upon first arrival, we were welcomed with refreshments while are room was prepared upon our check in. It was situated along a beautiful beach and has a pool that spans over half the length of the hotel. The buffet breakfast had a huge selection to choose from and the staff were really friendly and always smiling. They had plenty of services on offer for first timers at Phu Quoc who had no idea what to do.
