Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was designed to make us feel at home. We loved coming back after a day of exploring the island and having such a cozy, well-kept place to relax in. The pool area was another highlight – beautifully maintained, with crystal clear water and plenty of comfortable sun loungers. It felt like our own little oasis where we could unwind, read a book, or simply enjoy the tropical atmosphere. Especially in the evenings, the pool area had such a calm and inviting vibe that made it hard to leave. What really made the experience complete was the staff. Everyone we met was warm, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. It was clear that the team puts a lot of effort into making guests feel welcome and cared for. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more – a clean and comfortable room, a relaxing pool to enjoy, and staff who went above and beyond. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay on Phu Quoc.

We had a wonderful stay on this beautiful island. The staff were always very attentive and helpful – especially the receptionist, who made us feel truly welcome. During our time here, we also connected with some of the lovely neighborhood dogs. They quickly became part of our daily routine as we fed them and enjoyed their company. They are such sweet souls and gave us their whole hearts in return. To future guests: if you stay here, please keep an eye out for these little ones – they deserve kindness and care just as much as we enjoyed giving them. Overall, we can only recommend this hotel for its warm atmosphere, dedicated staff, and the unforgettable memories we made.

The hotel is not precisely in the centre of the city; however, it is conveniently located next to numerous restaurants. We utilised the Vbus service, which is fantastic as it is free, eliminating the need for taxis; the bus takes us to all the places we wish to visit. The swimming pool is expansive, and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff are consistently supportive.
