We had a very enjoyable stay at Palma Resort Phu Quoc. Despite being a 3-star property, it offers a truly warm and family-like atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the very beginning.  The resort is located in the central part of the island, close to the beach and with easy access to the town, which makes it a very convenient base for exploring Phu Quoc.  Accommodation is in bungalow-style rooms with terraces overlooking the pool, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What really stands out is the peaceful atmosphere combined with the excellent, friendly, and attentive staff.

Reception staffs are courteous and helping.. But the resort seems to be under staffed ..

The staff were really nice. The room was ok. A bit old but I found ( unlike some) the sound proofing was quite good. The Russians held parties most nights. Sounded like they were having a great time. Wish I could speak Russian. I would have been with them.
