Stayed at Palm Bay with family for 3 nights & 4 days. The property was amazing, excellent, safe and very satisfying. Family Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very nice with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The staff at Palm Bay were extremely courteous and customer friendly. Ms Trang, the receptionist was sweet and helpful throughout the stay. Had forgot my mobile in a Grab taxi which dropped us at the resort. She exercised extreme patience in calling up my number to speak to the driver. Thereafter sent a staff to collect the phone. We are so thankful to her. We went for sightseeing by the car arranged by Palm Bay. The driver, Mr Linh was another gem of a person. Very courteous and friendly. We strongly recommend this property to anyone who visits Phu Quoc and we would wish to come back again.

The hotel was lovely - in a nice secluded area and was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind, their English is also good which was helpful. Breakfast is good and the beds are very comfortable, it was perfect for a few nights stay. They also allowed me to rent a bike and pay at the end of my stay!

Everything. I wish I had book this one longer. When we landed in Phu Quoc, I just book this one for 1 night & extended it 2. We eventually came back here for the last 3 nights in Phu Quoc. This hotel may not be in the City Center but it’s close. The lay-out of the hotel is quite exquisite & well thought out. Well maintain & that’s why it’s clean. We stayed 4 hotels while in the Island but this one has the friendliest staff members & helpful too. Value for money, excellent! We visited the Island in June, I don’t know about during the busy season!

During my visit, I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. Ms. Trang, one of the staff on duty, was incredibly helpful. Even when I lost my passport, she was so patient and did everything she could to help us. Environment super nice , near airport. Value of money Thank you so much.
