Thank you the Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc giving me a great de luxe hospitality experience and relaxation accommodation. Thank you main lobby staff Jennie warm hospitality welcome me. Tracy helped me to call VietJet for the flight issues for my mother. Deep impression of Mr. Win’s great hospitality and smile. Thank you Lucy as a butler helping me to book cars and provide me useful information immediately about my staying. Thank you Thin and her team in 1982 bar provided me cocktails and comfortable and luxury ambience for relaxing drinks time. Melia Vinpearl’s perfect experience, I will definitely come to stay again soon. Thanks all of you!

For a start they gave us a free upgrade which was unexpected but delightful. The villa they provided was exquisite and grande to say the least! The private pool was one of the best pools I've swam in! The design of the rooms were elegant and the bed was super comfortable, the best sleep I've had. The breakfast was delicious and diverse with many dishes to choose from. The room service including the buggies were quick and the guest service was superb, especially Anna who accommodated us during check in and was very friendly, caring and superb throughout our entire trip. I also love how you can contact the staff 24/7 and love how the hotel organises a shuttle to take you to the main attractions, as well as the airport, round-trip, free of charge! Eveything was well planned and efficient! The resort has a nice beach as well with access to game rooms, a spa and many pools! They also gave us a gift upon check out!

Amazing property. Very kind staff ( especially Mabel) @ reception. Free shuttle bus every hour to vin world & Grand world to & fro. Nice breakfast. Excellent location very near vin world Grand world and corona casino. Will certainly come back again.

The breakfast buffet is to die for. I don't think I've ever had any better breakfast buffet than at this stay. Facilities were clean and staff were helpful
