I can't hide my admiration for the level of service provided by the wonderful resort staff, especially Mr. Tommy, Mrs. Mary, Mrs. Chin, and of course, their other colleagues. They were extremely kind to me and my family. Rooms: Spacious and clean, most of them overlooking the pool and the sea. A safe box is required. Resort Courtyard: A beautiful garden overlooking the sea with natural green grass, next to it, a sea-view pool. Shopping and Excursions: Nearby (just a 10-minute ride by tuk-tuk) are markets, a water park, and a zoo. The resort also offers a free shuttle service for guests. Food: They have good chefs who seek to satisfy customer taste. The breakfast buffet offers a satisfactory selection. We recommend that management consider expanding the offerings to accommodate a wider range of guest preferences, potentially including cheese options. Furthermore, a list of restaurants offering halal cuisine would be greatly beneficial when needed. Restaurant: Offers a sea view. I recommend evaluating the refurbishment of certain facilities, specifically the furniture.

The place is near the beach and has a pleasant swimming pool. I had the bungalow #204 with a view at the sea. Well equipped and functional as well as the bathroom. The breakfast has a good variety of meals. The people are kind and very helpful.

Overall it felt like home...such a splendid experience. Beautiful property, so neat clean and exceptional hospitality. Wowwwww 1st visit to phu quoc was memorable of this amazing property and the staff was excellent. So helping and always wore a smile of love and care... highly recommend 👌

Mai Phong Resort is a cute, peaceful place located in the northern part of Phu Quoc—perfect if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. The room was a good size, clean, and had a beautiful view of both the pool and the beach. The restaurant was a highlight—I ate there every night—and the breakfast offered a great variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—special thanks to Mr. Tom, Mary, and Ms. Chin. While English isn’t their first language, they did their best, and we had lots of laughs as they patiently helped me with my limited Vietnamese! The location is close to Grand World, and the resort offers a free shuttle bus to and from the area. They can also assist with booking tours, which made planning activities really easy.
