General location (very quiet but walking distance to restaurants and bars / nightlife) Price paid for 12 nights was very good value compared to other hotels we saw in the area (especially bearing in mind that we were there during New Year /Tet holidays). Walking distance to beach (try Aloha bar on the beach at the Hawaii hotel - free bean bags and cheap food / drink + live music after 6pm). Another good beach bar was the Beach Shack but about 2km from hotel Very Friendly staff Pool Food and drink prices Room size Always had hot water - room had own hot water system on roof Clean linen and towel / Daily room service Security Great Massage down the street (recommend the first massage shop (not hotel) down the hill from the hotel.

Room and view was lovely, nice sunset from big balcony. Pool peaceful but a little run down. Overall very much enjoyed our stay .

Short distance walking to main road where you have restaurants, pharmacy, food stores, street food, night marked, hotels and beach. I really liked that we received two complimentary bottles of water in the room every day after housekeeping. New towels everyday at the room if you wanted it.
