The location is good, right by the night market. Cleanliness is generally good. I specifically booked a room with a balcony, but the room didn't have a private balcony; there was a table and two chairs at the top of the stairs in the hallway. Good for the price. I will go again, hopefully this time for a room with a balcony.

Right in the city centre, close to market and night market. It was quiet though, no noise from the street. The room was clean, owners very friendly and helpful. Every day they do a bit of cleaning of the room: emptying the trash and bathroom clean. There was a beach close by in walkable distance, not so crowded - Phu Quoc Beach. The free VinBus buses go near the hotel. There are two shared balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor and you can also get on the roof and enjoy a nice view of the city. The room had AC and instant hot water boiler. If you rent a moto, they park it inside during the night.
