It’s a great, very sweet little cottage. Fantastic location, comfortable & very dog friendly. I’m a fairly relaxed & happy traveller however unfortunately there were a few basic issues with the general maintenance of the house which I shared with the property manager as soon as we got in. Our main problem was shower in the master ensuite was unusable during our entire stay. It looked like the tap had fallen off the wall from the last guest and someone had placed it back on without screwing into place (the hot & cold was back to front) and the interchange for the shower-heads had the same problem (this was mentioned in a review last year). It is a very quick fix - my elderly dad offered to fix it if a few tools had been accessible at the house! Despite my advice to the property manager being within the time I was advised to contact them, the communication with the property manager was haphazard and unmotivated to resolve - it was strange given the number of messages they sent me about staying in the property. MR properties seem to have a big portfolio of houses to manage so maybe there was a drop in the line however it would have been courteous to receive some follow up advice - even if it’s to let me know they can’t get a repair done during our stay but would like to come to a resolution to make the stay more comfortable.

Very dog friendly. Location is amazing as it's super close to the town and beach. The house has everything you need and provides a very comfortable stay.
