Beautiful, quiet location. Host was very friendly & helpful with loads of useful information sent to us before arrival. An excellent base for exploring the local area. Walks or bike rides directly from the lodge without having to go on the main road was a bonus. We visited Loch Eck which was stunning, Ardentinny beach, picnic area & woodland walks, Glenbranter waterfall walk and fabulous bluebell displays, and cycled along a lovely quiet road through Glen Masson. Great independent bookshop in Dunoon with coffee & excellent apple cake!!! Also the cafe in Blairmore for Treacle scones & jam!! Back at base we loved the large comfy bed, red squirrels coming to the feeder box on our balcony & relaxing in the sunshine. What more could you ask for? 10/10

We had a lovely stay here. The lodge was comfortable, cosy, clean, very well equipped and the host was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The lodge had everything we would need . Extremely well maintained and equipped as well as very comfortable. We had a very relaxing few days.
