The views and the front door is split, so in the morning you can open the top half of the door and look straight out onto the bay with a cup of tea / coffee in your hand perfect way to start the day

Locallity, and the size and layout. It was cozie, sound proofed but also well ventilated.

Great little studio- apartment. Location was perfect and had amazing views. I loved the outdoor decking area, and the half door. It was lovely to look out into the sea and hear the waves crashing. Once you are aware it is small, that’s great.
