Everything. So relaxed. Well-equipped. The location for Birnham Arts was great for this particular trip. We've stayed here several times and hope to do so many times into the future.

Quiet, comfortable, well equipped, spotless, spacious, warm, exceptional power shower, close to town and train station/bus stop. Parking available if you come by car.

Excellent value for money. The room is small but has all you need for a short stay. I particularly liked the mini-fridge with a pint of milk for tea/coffee - a very nice touch. There is parking outside for car drivers, but if, like me, you arrive by train, it is important to be fairly close to the station and Merryburn is very close. Also, it is very handy for Birnam Arts Centre.

Lovely room with beautiful furnishings. Was really impressed with the room size and how nice the room was. The Kitchen facilities were awesome and the addition of the air-fryer was a nice surprise that made self-catering easy.

Great location with free parking outside and walkable to Dunkeld. I had booked the single room but was kindly upgraded to the twin room with kitchenette which was great and much appreciated! The room was clean and warm and well equipped.

Good value for money, comfortable bed and cushions, dog friendly I kindly got upgraded to a room with a fridge/air fryer and cooker etc which was nice, very spacious
