Changed ownership during my visit, Darren the new owner was very helpful good knowledge of the area, ensured I had everything I needed, didn't get to meet his wife due to them moving and being between 2 homes. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the train station with good bus links. Close to the local pub, which does food, about a minutes walk. On a main road but traffic is only noticeable at school run/work times. Good size room, with a fridge which was nice as I was room only. Homely with personality, not the generic standard hotel environment. Dinning area lovely, great little sun trap. I stayed as a solo traveller, it will be nice to go back again with friends to see what the changes are. A great little place with lots of potential/opportunities. Wishing the owners good luck with their new adventure.
