I would highly recommend this stay as a base for exploring Dunedin and surrounds. Very friendly host and responsive. Also provided recommendations of things to do. Wonderful views. Spotlessly clean and a lovely touch with homemade biscuits 😋 Very comfortable bed with quality linen. The electric blanket was a nice touch on a chilly evening. I would stay again.

Excellent location for exploring the peninsula, yet conveniently close to the city centre by car. The room layout and facilities shows great attention to detail, making the stay very comfortable. The host was warm, welcoming, and very helpful.

Absolutely perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the owners were exceptionally thoughtful—making me feel very welcome and attending to every detail of my stay.
