I had booked the smaller room but it was very clean, comfortable and warm on arrival . Friendly staff and great communication in regards to late check in if reception was closed. Location great right in the centre by all the restaurants. Would definitely stay again when I am back in Dunedin.

Location was great. Rooms were large. We had fun finding the cutlery in the clearly marked draw. Parking was close. We had a corner room with great view down to the station. Very quite for an inner city hotel.

Excellent location, lovely staff and nicely laid out rooms. Despite being very cold, the rooms were nice and cosy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the small table was suitable to do some work at. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a bonus!
