Rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The sofa was very comfortable as well. Nice to have a heatpump for heat and air-conditioning as it was very hot the day we arrived and then was cold later on. The host is friendly and really helpful. Very generous sized rooms.

Plenty of space for myself my partner an puppy to move around separate lounge, kitchen ,bedroom and very comfortable bed. Most excellent shower ..really enjoyed the room to move around .

An older motel but well kept, clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable and spacious. Quiet in unit next to road despite it being a busy road

Lovely friendly staff and great location. We asked for a unit away from the street and the receptionist was very accommodating. Unit was clean and did get serviced daily. Free parking was an added bonus.

Good location walking distance from central Dunedin. Lovely and spacious. Nice to have the fridge in a separate room from the bedroom.

Great location as my daughter’s uni flat is only 3/5mins walk away. Very clean and tidy bed was great. Value for money for sure.
