Lovely place- comfortable, spacious and super clean. Everything accessible for a good stay in terms of facilities and utensils, and close to the centre of Dunedin. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk too. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and smelled really good. We enjoyed the fluffy towels heated by the towel rack. Kevin provided a map with directions to the sights we might like to see as well as nearby restaurants. It was a very good experience all around.

This is a lovely motel. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed having Netflix on the tv. The location was great, with parking and close to the city centre. We do not have anything negative to say. It was a perfect place to stay for a visit to Dunedin.

It was clean, bathroom was exceptional , the room. Was huge and a really comfortable bed Location was A1 walking distance to the eateries.

The unit was very well set up: very comfortable large bed, spacious bathroom and a very well equipped kitchen. It is close by several dining options, a convenience store and petrol station. Hosts Sue & Kevin were very friendly and helpful. We’d happily stay again.
