Great location, super clean, comfortable and with excellent facilities. Lovely balcony outside the room, great parking and room cleaned daily. Easy walk to lots of restaurants - recommend Craft Beer and Kitchen. Botanic gardens highly recommended along with the Otago museum. Drove to Brighton beach and Blackhead point and walked for miles - absolutely superb day.

Very modern well equipped apartment, ideal for a couple. Has a washer/dryer and everything you could need. Very friendly helpful owners, well located and lovely view from the room.

Beautiful modern property, in the heart of Dunedin. So comfortable . Boutique style , loved the little gym and great facilities. Washing machine was great! Lovely terrace . So comfortable . Highly recommend.

Lovely welcome from Sandra, the apartment was ideally situated for the City, very clean, modern and comfortable. Together with Neville they clearly work hard to maintain a very high standard of accommodation.
