Great clean apartment with lovely furnishings and very well equipped with breakfast staples being an added bonus. Nice amount of living space for two couples and very quiet. Excellent location for visiting all central Dunedin by walking.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches such as provisions for breakfast and fruit. Even ingredients for a cocktail. The location was very central and a bonus parking on site. A memorable stay and highly recommended.

We loved everything, particularly the lovely welcoming touches, relaxing music playing,light left on, breakfast treats, beautiful coffee… Negroni if we wished. Super comfortable beds, the balcony…just perfect
