Getting the keys for the property was a nightmare, informed go down the lane to a gate hand through opening undo bolt, go in find key lock box put on numbers and collect the keys. Went to gates on the right as looking at the front door not a lane. Had to chap next door neighbour to ask where lane is the gentleman was very very helpful and took myself to the end of houses to the corner proceed to a gate on the right gained access, a bit of a problem finding key box as it was dark a bit of a problem seeing the little numbers using both our torches on our phones. Eventually got the keys to get into the apartment,
