Beds were very comfortable and clean with nice pillowtop mattress and all the linens appeared quite new. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area around the motel was a bit sketchy with many sirens often going down to the homeless shelter a few blocks away although we didn’t have any problems during our 4 night stay.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The view over the water was lovely and there were good restaurants close by. Especially The 50th Parallel.

The service was exceptional! We had a problem getting there on time. As a result we needed to call for someone to come check us in. It was 2 o'clock in the morning. The night watchman was kind enough to allow my husband and I to come in and wait in the lobby as it was cold and snowing outside. Due to the late hour I had woken the lady that came to our rescue. She was absolutely great! Checked us in, and was training the night watchman for future services at the same time. We came over for a celebration of life the following day and this lady took her time offering her condolences etc. And again in the morning when we had to check out. I'm sure we'll be staying here every time we travel to the Duncan area, as we already have a few times in the past. But this particular management...she knows how to treat people and gave us every courtesy considering I got her out of bed to come over in the middle of the night. The overall cleanliness of the room was also exceptional. Some places we've stayed have been... a bit scary to say the least.
