The fine print
Please note that the hot tub is not included in the price of stay. To use the hot tub guests are required to pay an additional charges and inform the property 24 hours in advance of planned use to ensure proper cleaning guidelines can be maintained. Discount on long stays is available.Please note that If you are bringing an electric bike requiring charging the lithium battery on our premises, you will need to provide certification/ invoice detailing that you have purchased the battery from a reputable safety standard authorized supplier/ manufacturer, otherwise I do have the right to refuse charging facilities.
If acceptable we will supply electricity to your vehicle for charging, as it can not be charged inside the property advised by BA Guide-electric bike batteries-bicycleassociation.org.uk .

The location was so peaceful and my room was comfortable and clean. Jacquie and David are wonderful hosts. So friendly and couldn't do enough for me! I felt very welcome. I highly recommend this B&B.

Beautiful cottage in the best rural spot, beds were comfortable and facilities spotless. Scottish breakfast is fabulous & worth the extra. My stay was unplanned and extended - Jacqui & Dave were so welcoming and supportive - highly recommend.
