The breakfast was great. The price was very reasonable, and the location was great for looking around all the Robert Burns-associated places in Dumfries!

Breakfast was a nice bonus - cereal juice and a chooice of hot dishes all freshly cooked. Great budget hotel with more personality than the chains . Yes its. seen better days ( so has the town) but it was welcoming warm and clean and we slept . Fantastic location
