Very nice facilities, nice bathroom which was very clean, very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Excellent staff. My daughter is so grateful for the staff member who sent an item she left behind as it has sentimental value. Very kind staff. Thank you.

Located directly on the Rhine at the confluence of the Rühr, the boat traffic was both interesting and relaxing as it made its slow meandering way up river. We could see close up every manner of cargo passing, even close ups of the crew in the wheelhouses The staff themselves were friendly and efficient. Nothing was a problem for them. The rooms were clean, modern and not overly priced

The reception, restaurant, housekeeping were all very helpful and friendly. The owner of the Hotel was also very nice and welcoming! I say thanks for the wonderful service and look forward to staying there again. ☺️👍
