We were met by Indra who was brilliant. Good communication before we arrived and during the introduction. Appt is great. Murphy bed very comfortable. Enough in the kitchen to prepare meals, no oven but easy to get around that for cooking. Location is fantastic, we used our bikes to get everywhere, Annecy 20 mins by bike, bike path is just across the road and goes right around the lake (clockwise is easier but we did both). Good carparking. Lockup for bikes is pretty full but enough room on the terrace to leave bikes and they are very safe. The views are fantastic. We were here in early spring and it was quiet, I can imagine summer would be to busy for us. In the afternoons we sat on the lake front and watched the paragliding across the lake, at times there were over 20. Restaurant Bec next door is fantastic, we had a great lunch. As well as cycling there is some great hikes starting behind the church in the village for all levels. We highly recommend and if we came back we would definately stay here again. We booked the deluxe room but the lake view has the better view from inside and on the terrace of the lake and mountains

The place is just 👌. For active people, there are loads of walks, and if you want to relax,the lake with a lovely view is 100 steps away for your doors😉
