It is a great and comfortable little base for a family or four friends to escape to the north Pennines for walking or cycling, or enjoying footpaths and pubs. Good wood burner fire, internet, shower, full kitchen

Beautiful cottage in quiet location with great views. Easy street parking outside. Very cosy and recently refurbished to include a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Nice garden to sit in and admire the view. Plenty of good walks from the cottage, and from nearby Dufton. Highly recommended.

Amazing location, beautiful views, and very nice, comfortable places to rest after a walk in the house and outside of it. All the types of equipment that could be needed were there. We were just two but it looked great for a larger family as well.
